Camping and Caravan Holidays

Penwarne Farm is conveniently located between The Helford River & the vibrant town of Falmouth, we are in proximity to many tourist attractions in the area. This makes us the perfect choice for camping and caravan holidays in Cornwall.

We offer a peaceful setting on a working farm, It's ideal for a laid back holiday with plenty of space for children to run around and is also popular with couples wanting to explore our beaches and with walkers wanting to be based close to the best of the South West Coast Path.

With Cornwall's best attractions surrounding the campsite, such as world-class Trebah Gardens, Falmouth Maritime museum, Cornish Seal Sanctuary, Pendennis Castle, The Tate Gallery, The Eden Project, Flambards Theme Park, St Michael's Mount, Glendurgan Gardens,  The Minnack Theatre, Paradise Park, Kynance Cove and The Lost Gardens of Heligan all being situated within  a 5-45 minute drive away, you really do have the best of Cornwall at your fingertips from our central location.  

Our 2019 season is from 19th April to the 31st October, however, this may be subject to change depending on the weather.

We are blessed with 8 beaches being less than ten minutes away by car. Here you will discover miles of picturesque coast line and quaint villages with traditional thatched roofed pubs. 

This part of Cornwall is home to an array of wildlife such as seals, dolphins, sea birds, pheasants, bats kestrels and buzzards.

The Helford is abundant with nature and beautiful creeks, including the famous Frenchman’s creek, one made famous by Daphne De Maurier as it was where she wrote of her treasured holiday visits that were inspired by this magical place.

Communal Kitchenette

We have a quaint kitchenette equipped with a fridge/freezer ... so you can keep food and drinks nice n' chilled! 

All are welcome to use these facilities, please leave them as you wish to find them. 

You'll also find some books and games for all to enjoy.

Brand New Showers 

We have recently refurbished our showers, upgrading the quantity as well as the quality. Please do not waste water, its a valuable resource.

There is now a disabled-friendly toilet and shower.

The cost of a shower is now included in our camping charges,

Children's Play Area

The children's adventure playground will keep the children entertained for hours.

It comprises of swings, a slide, a small climbing frame and a set of monkey bars.

We ask that older children over 12 do not use the swings and allow the younger children to enjoy the facilities, which become very popular in the school holidays. 

Children under the age of 3 are to be supervised at all times.

Farm Café

Our onsite farm café has a 5 star hygiene rating and is open from April-November, there is indoor seating and a seaview decking area at the back.

You can enjoy fresh, tasty & healthy meals for breakfast and lunch. 

We also serve afternoon tea, cakes, ice cream and this year we are proud to introduce a new authentic range of food which will be sold to eat in or take away.

We kindly ask campers to be mindful that we now have bookings for Wedding Celebration Packages which will be taking place in the campsite during weekends in June and September. We also ask wedding guests to share the same level of respect for campers.
